All cleaning must be completed before keys are returned. The unit should be fully vacated and ready for inspection at that time.

Yes. The refrigerator and stove must be moved and the areas underneath and behind must be cleaned. Please take care not to damage flooring.
No. Please do not patch holes or paint. These repairs must be completed by Park 52-approved vendors. Incorrect repairs often result in higher charges.

Receipts confirm required professional services were completed. Missing receipts may result in cleaning being completed by the landlord and charged back to the tenant.
Please return all keys no later than the last day of the month to avoid delays or additional charges.

After inspection, any allowable deductions will be itemized, and remaining funds will be mailed in accordance with Washington State law.
