Of course, our services don’t stop after you move in. Park 52 will handle any issues or concerns regarding your new home. Be assured that a call into our office means a call back so your problem can be addressed in a timely manner. Our office number is (253)473-5200 and we’re open Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm.

Need repairs done?
Repair request forms are conveniently located on our maintenance procedures page and are instantly emailed to our maintenance coordinator. Have a maintenance emergency? For emergency repairs occurring during business hours submit a repair request here and we’ll be in touch shortly. For after business hour emergencies Park 52 has a 24 hour emergency cell number to make sure your emergency is handled as soon as possible (253)677-5239.

Paying Rent
Don’t have time to mail off your rent check? For your convenience Park 52 offers online bill payments through PSN. (Full account number and routing number needed. Credit/Debit cards not accepted)
