Notice to Vacate

Planning On Moving?

Current tenants who are planning to move out should log into their Appfolio account to submit their notice to move. The Notice to Vacate form is located in the “Contact Us” menu.

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  1. Per your Lease agreement, Notices to Vacate must be received 20 days prior to the last day of the month you are vacating.
    • For example, if you are vacating in July, Park 52 must receive your notice on or before July 11th since there are 31 days in July.
  2. All rent and utilities must be paid in full for the entire last month.
  3. A $100 administration fee will be charged for cancellation or change to the notice to vacate date and that written approval is required from Park 52 to do so.
